This site provides the opportunity for stores to purchase a Video Mystery Shop on a quarterly basis by selecting the type of visit you require and your store. You have the following mystery shop types to choose from:

• Browser - A Video Mystery Shopper will visit the store with a browser enquiry, no purchase. (Ave. turnaround 6-10 weeks)
• Eye Test & Browser - A Video Mystery Shopper will pre-book an eye test, attend the eye test and browse frame options, no purchase. (Ave. turnaround 8-12 weeks)*
• Eye Test, Purchase & Collection - A Video Mystery Shopper will pre-book an eye test, attend the eye test, browse and purchase a frame, and return for the frame fitting and collection. (Ave. turnaround 8-12 weeks)*
• Audiology - A Video Mystery Shopper will visit the store and complete an audiology test. (Ave. turnaround 8-12 weeks)*
